Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of services provided by VoxVoice (the "Company"). By accessing or using VoxVoice services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with this AUP, the VoxVoice Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements or policies.
VoxVoice may update this AUP at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to the following:
2.1 Unlawful Activities
- Violating any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation, including FCC regulations
- Transmitting, distributing, or storing material that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise unlawful
- Using the Services in violation of emergency services (E911) regulations or requirements
2.2 Fraudulent or Deceptive Activities
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting affiliation
- Phishing, vishing, smishing, identity theft, or financial scams
- Falsifying Caller ID, originating numbers, or message headers
2.3 Harmful or Abusive Activities
- Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Conducting or facilitating denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, call flooding, or traffic pumping
- Attempting to bypass security controls or access systems without authorization
- Activities that degrade network performance or stability
2.4 Unsolicited or High-Risk Communications
- Sending or facilitating unsolicited bulk communications, including spam calls, robocalls, or SMS/MMS
- Engaging in short-duration or high-volume calling patterns without prior written authorization from VoxVoice
- Harvesting, purchasing, or using phone numbers or contact lists without lawful consent
- Operating call centers, lead generation, or telemarketing campaigns without compliance documentation
2.5 Messaging Abuse
- Sending A2P messaging traffic without registration (including The Campaign Registry for U.S. traffic)
- Circumventing carrier filters, opt-out mechanisms, or spam protections
- Sending prohibited content as defined by upstream carriers
2.6 Interference with Services
- Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading VoxVoice systems or networks
- Using the Services in a manner that negatively impacts other customers
3. Security Obligations
3.1 Account Security
You must maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Notify VoxVoice immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident.
3.2 Network and System Security
Customers must implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including but not limited to:
- Firewalls and intrusion prevention systems
- Updated anti-malware software
- Strong, unique passwords and multi-factor authentication where available
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all voice, messaging, data, and other content transmitted using the Services. VoxVoice does not routinely monitor content but reserves the right to block, remove, suspend, or restrict traffic that violates this AUP, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.
5. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations of this AUP may be reported to:

VoxVoice will investigate reported violations and may take action at its discretion.
6. Enforcement
6.1 Actions by VoxVoice
VoxVoice may, without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate Services
- Block or filter traffic
- Require corrective actions or documentation
- Impose usage restrictions or additional controls
6.2 Regulatory and Traceback Cooperation
Customers must cooperate fully with authorized traceback requests, law enforcement, regulators, and industry governance bodies (including ITG). Failure to cooperate may result in immediate suspension or termination.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
VoxVoice may disclose customer information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or lawful governmental request, or when necessary to protect VoxVoice, its customers, or the public.
8. Limitation of Liability
VoxVoice is not liable for damages arising from violations of this AUP, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Amendments
VoxVoice may modify this AUP at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
